Stages Power Meter
The Stages Power Meter equipped to the SC3 takes the guess work out of your training.
Many elite outdoor cycling teams and individuals choose Stages Power because when using the most accurate measure of performance, they can develop and adhere much more precisely to their fitness goals.
- Data is captured via Bluetooth 4.0 or ANT+™ enabled sport devices (iOS and Android compatible). This includes the Stages Dash, Wahoo and Garmin devices.

Integrated SIC2 Console - No Batteries Required
The display runs on the power generated by the rider and no console batteries are needed. The wired connection is hidden in the handlebar stem, with easy access for maintenance
It has an always-on backlight that allows the rider to see data in all types of room lighting and eliminates button-pushing during the ride.
Within the display you have a full view of all of the key metrics you need to see, including; Kilojoules (work), Kcal (calories), Watts, RPM, Speed, Heart Rate (if wearing a strap), Time, Distance, and power zones defined by your FTP
The data captured can be transferred by linking with Bluetooth and ANT+ compatible iOS and Android app
SprintShift System
This function enables instantaneous macro-level resistance changes without having to continuously turn a dial.
The unique three-stage lever and custom workload settings allow indoor cyclists instant control.
This is perfect for HIIT and interval based workouts, the cyclist can add or drop resistance quickly and easily, without losing momentum when trying to find your desired cadence.
